Grandson cracked the screen on his ipad tablet. Made him go in and talk to the people himself so he could learn from his carelessness. Employee was very nice to him. Fair charge without trying to upsell and had it repaired in about 3 hours. I tried calling the Geek squad, since they are Apple authorized, and couldn't even talk to a human to get a ballpark price. So glad we wound up at 1st Comm. Great people to deal with.

Exceptional service. I was a walk-in with a shattered iPhone screen. I was able to get my phone fixed in an hour. I was told it could be quicker but there was one other person ahead of me in line. The gentleman helping me was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. Also a small discount is given if you do more than one service (repair + phone case or screen protector, for example).

The screen on my iPhone was damaged recently and I need it repaired in a hurry as I am on my way out of town. I contacted CPR and made an appointment with Tony... These guys are great I highly recommended I had issues with my iPhone 6 plus they analyzed the problem and in 30 minutes I was up and running again these guys are the real deal they know there stuff I highly recommend that's the reason they have been around as long as they have because they truly know what there doing thank you.
